Amazon sells fake soda cans, pb jars, etc that you can hide things in. You just need to find a variety that no one will want to eat or drink.

I considered that but am pretty sure she goes into my bedroom when I’m away at work. Would definitely want to check out what was inside a mini fridge if she saw one there.

That's very very easy to remediate, and it will give you a lot more of your privacy back beyond just the meds.
Just pick up a new keyed doorknob. You'll need a screwdriver, and less than five minutes to install.
