Wait there are people out there who want all-ice cream ice cream cakes? Isn't that just a square of ice cream with frosting? At that point just buy a gallon of ice cream and a tub of frosting.

Ice cream cakes taste are different than slab of ice cream with frosting. More like eating an Oreo blizzard with a fudge layer and a crunchy layer and a crust, etc. But adding a hunk of soggy frozen cake just ruins it.

Crunched up Oreos mixed with fudge. That’s it! So when you make it yourself you can add way more of the crunchies to the cake then the store bought ones
