| My daughter has requested a cookies and cream ice cream cake for her birthday. I want to step it up from the grocery store Carvel cakes. What are the best ones around the DMV? We’re in Northern VA so would prefer close. |

| My son is also a cookies and cream fan. Have gotten the Oreo ice cream cake from the grocery store and the cookies and cream cake from Cold Stone. Cold Stone was MUCH better. |
