| Whole cream. |
+1 My first through was .. why wouldn’t you just use cream? If it’s a lactose issue there lactose free half and half and whipping cream. |
Ha, I have bad news for you. If it's fat free, it ain't half and half. |
This! I find half and half to be SO much more satisfying than regular milk and don’t even want to add sugar when I add it. You can also add just a splash and it’s plenty. |
| Use half and half. |
| I just use a little bit of cream every day no sugar. Don’t buy any of that flavored crap way worse for you. Real C.R.E.A.M. has a very rich taste. |
Looks like giant, whole foods and cvs carry Calfia products - are any of them less horrible than amazon? |
PP here: Streets, or at least the one near me in Columbia Heights/U Street, carries this Calfia product specifically so I often buy it there. They used to have it at Whole Foods and they still have other Calfia items but they haven't had this one in a while. |

My Trash Panda app likes Chobani the best.
If you're not familiar with the app, you scan a product's barcode, and it tells you how clean the item is the questionable and problematic ingredients. |
| Whole milk |
| My way to cut back on sugar in my coffee, which has worked for a few years now, is to have the first cup--the cup that you really taste--as you like and then go sugarless for subsequent cups when you are just sloshing them down and no longer paying attention to the flavor. |
That is basically corn syrup and skim milk. In addition to being gross, it isn't what OP is looking for. |
|
Either half and half, whole milk, or Elmhurst walnut or cashew milk.
I would not use cream/heavy cream. Not only is it very high in saturated fat, it’s very calorie dense. If you are going to have more than one cup of coffee that adds up x every day. |
| I was the same but just went cold turkey on the creamer and only used whole milk. I do drink flavored coffee so there is vanilla or caramel or pistachio or whatever essence. I missed it for a little bit but now don't ever want sweet coffee anymore. |
| Oat milk and a little bit of maple syrup (the real stuff not the fake crap) |
