So they have to defend just as many people who violate our rights as those whose rights are violated, for example.

Plus, anyone who isn’t a member of the cult knows he always asks for more, pulls the rug out from under you, or throws you under the bus eventually.

It's called community service. Companies do this all the time as part of DOJ, SEC, FTC, and other types of settlements.

Yeah but this wasn't a settlement as part of a judgment.

Trump can ask for more, pull the rug, etc. But other firms are already putting the kibosh on his threats as unconstitutional on-their-face. So there's little Trump or Bondi can do to make the firms follow their commands to the letter.

Maybe, but Trump has gotten a chunk of what he wanted and sent a message. You may consider his actions unconstitutional, but the firms that settled with Trump's administration made a business decision. Those that didn't settle and are suing will find out if they are right or not.

Not sure why you're expressing undying love for BIGLAW. Many of these firms represented BIGOIL, BIG PHARMA, BIG TECH, etc... all of which you rail against on DCUM.
