What news station do you watch??

I posted earlier about watching news4. It's the one news program that I find I can stomach watching. The other channels either have idiots, or the make-up is too think, and the banter is too fake. All that said, I am really beginning to wonder who the hell is responsible for the wardrobe choices for the women. It really takes away from the news when you spend the entire time laughing about the fugly jacket Doreen is wearing.

I sometimes watch MSNBC and CNN, other times (I am overseas), I watch BBC World, Al Jazeera English (no, I am not Muslim) or PressTV (out of Iran) - between all these, I manage to get a balanced view of the world, which is not possible if limited to US media. The latter two actually provide a relatively moderate view of world events (including US news) and serious debates or in-depth interviews that one does not find on "Western" TV news.

NPR radio. Then Maureen and Gordon on TV.

I completely agree!! My sister and I will call each other up to snark about the clothes the NBC4 newscasters are wearing!

Also agree about Doreen's fugly clothes. When I saw her in person, I was surprised by how petite and pretty she was in person. Maybe it's the shoulder pads in those Dress for Less jackets that are throwing me off.
