Which prominent men have been prosecuted for having sex with minors on Epstein's island? All those powerful people just flew on the plane but didn't party with Epstein?

Which men, prominent or otherwise. AFAIK the only consequence has been the civil suit which Ms. Giuffre filed against Prince Andrew and eventually agreed to settle. HLMTQ supplied the funds, about 12$M, something she would never have done if the case wasn't very strong.

This poor woman was so damaged but found the strength to pursue some justice. May she rest in peace.

Was this paid out to Giuffre?

Yes.

I read that some of it went directly to Giuffre, some of it went to her charity.

She received around 12 milliion dollars, and and additional 4 million dollars went to her charity. At the time, the total amount was 12 million pounds, so I think that's the number that sticks in our minds (mine included).

So it wasn’t the kidney issue that killed her?

So sad. She fought hard.

What do we think of Dershowitz? Was he innocent?

Good for her for getting this out

Yes, but this was a while ago now and her recent social media posts made it clear she's been unwell. Poor woman.

+1 We have to take into account she was going through a bad divorce and wasn't able to see her kids because of a restraining order. That was a whole different ball

Her brother has said he was not sure what had exactly happened. He said he thought she and the ex had gotten into it again and the injuries were sustained from that. He wasn't 100% sure how bad the kidney issues were

Her husband pled guilty to DV in Colorado in 2015 and was on probation, it was cited in court filings by Maxwell. DV occurred in front of the children. Robert Guifrre has quite a windfall from Prince Andrew. He is a MMA instructor, Virginia was tiny. Her kids are likely to be f’d in relationships as adults with this history. They were also being kept from their mom even before her death. Tragic lives of generational trauma, abuse and manipulation.

So her husband had $$$ to gain from her death. Add a history of DV to that and hopefully there will be a homicide investigation.

Her daughter is 15, 2 boys slightly older. DV incidents were said to occur with them present. That and the loss of their mom, even before her death, does not bode well for their future.

Driving her to suicide through family court abuse most likely. Happens worldwide.

Maxwell cited RG’s DV against Virginia in court filings a decade ago. Abused children often end up with abused husbands and stay to keep access to the kids and due to manipulation and threats. He likely seemed like a powerful MMA defender when he rescued her as a teen in Thailand. Sadly her entire life was a story of abuse, from the parents who failed to protect onward.

Anonymous wrote:This is so incredibly said. In an Epstein documentary she discussed how she was working at Mar a Largo (at the spa) as a teenager and there is where she met Maxwell who convinced her to come out to Epstein’s house for a job interview.

She was a minor and was poor. And that set off the chain of events that basically ruined her life. That interview haunts me, especially as I have a daughter the same age she was when this all started. That poor woman.

I read online that her father got her the job at Mar-A-Lago, as he worked there as a maintenance man. It’s always startling to me in stories like this, how impactful just a single decision can be to someone’s entire future and fate.

Her father sounds like he was super clueless and didn't watch out for his daughter, and horrible things like this are what can unfortunately happen.
Anonymous
She was sexually abused as a child then trafficked as a teen before the MAL job. Entire life was tragic.
