Virginia Giuffre dies of suicide

Which prominent men have been prosecuted for having sex with minors on Epstein's island? All those powerful people just flew on the plane but didn't party with Epstein?

Which men, prominent or otherwise. AFAIK the only consequence has been the civil suit which Ms. Giuffre filed against Prince Andrew and eventually agreed to settle. HLMTQ supplied the funds, about 12$M, something she would never have done if the case wasn't very strong.

This poor woman was so damaged but found the strength to pursue some justice. May she rest in peace.

Yikes. From 2019, but still.

This is so incredibly said. In an Epstein documentary she discussed how she was working at Mar a Largo (at the spa) as a teenager and there is where she met Maxwell who convinced her to come out to Epstein’s house for a job interview.

She was a minor and was poor. And that set off the chain of events that basically ruined her life. That interview haunts me, especially as I have a daughter the same age she was when this all started. That poor woman.

Poor lady. She was so broken by her abuse, but courageous nonetheless. Her life mattered and she made a difference.

May Andrew and his ilk die a lonely, painful death.

Was this paid out to Giuffre?

Yes, but this was a while ago now and her recent social media posts made it clear she's been unwell. Poor woman.

I wonder how old her kids are, if they’re old enough to understand why.

Rest in peace Virginia.

Given all she endured as a child, suicide is understandable. But I hope they at least confirm and investigate that it was in fact suicide and not a cover up.

Who knows what Epstein and Andrew’s henchmen continued to put her through. Maybe popping up once or twice a year just to stalk her and make her feel uncomfortable enough to never truly feel safe even decades later.

Though to be fair, that can just be trauma and life. Some can find meaning and joy after the event(s) even if they always wear the scars of trauma.

Others for whatever reasons struggle in agony for the rest of their lives.

I’ll always remember what Tina Turner said. An interviewer asked Tina about her life and it’s worth considering all the fake riches and influence she had, and marrying later in life and settling in Switzerland. Seeking so happy about her abuses and child loss.

Tina said the positives never outweighed the traumas. And in the end, she still felt like life wasn’t worth it. She was ready to go.
