I waxed off my arm hair. Unlike the rest of my body it barely grew back. Hated my hairy arms. |
Hi Mom. |
| Bleach or shave it first. I would not pay for lasers. |
I have dark hair and a lot of it and lasered half my legs, my face but never my arms. I haven’t seen it commonly advertised in the pricing menu at the laser places but I guess you could. Laser is $$ though and depending on your kid’s hair you may need to pay for 6-10 sessions. |
I’d only worry about the permanence of the decision. Does that mean if it’s no longer desirable to be hairless she won’t be able to grow it back? |
|
She can just shave it once every few weeks. It grows back very slow compared to leg hair and is not prickly at all, it stays soft. It's the easiest hair to remove!
Signed, Hairy lady shaving arms for 40 years. |
I bought this as refurbished on eBay for about $200. Best beauty product buy I've made. I have dark coarse leg hair and have saved that much on razors. Used to have to shave every other day to not have a "5:00 shadow." Now I can go weeks. Never really worried about my ar m hair as that's lighter. But have done it a couple of times and it still works pretty well. Some success on under arm & bikini line too. |
| I would expect her to try shaving a couple times first, to see how she likes hairless arms. Then take her for the laser if she still wants emit, especially if the hair is dark. |
Everyone prefers it that way. Everyone. |
| Buy her an epilady |
That thing is a torture device! |
I love mine. First couple of times we're uncomfortable. After that it was great! |
The generation who started this isn't old enough. When they get there, they will wish they had left some. |
