Trump must do what the billionaires want. |
They don't like any transfer of wealth in the opposite direction ![]() |
There are issues with the system and its inability to keep going like it was all these years including Biden and Trump and Obama and likely before. Financial systems and relative valuation of currencies and assets in conjunction with the costs of basics and wages most people 99% rely on to survive. In other words Biden's boat already had a hole in it. |
Hey, but no capital gains tax, that's what they wanted. |
There is no capital gains tax? |
So instead of patching the hole you decide to punch a few more in the hull because of reasons? Makes perfect sense. |
Bingo! |
Well this is the cost of going after someone like that. Obviously we need leaders held accountable but at the end of the day, half the country still supported him. If Democrats had put aside their hostility and gone for the option that maybe wasn’t the most just, but the best for the country and the least divisive, Trump would probably have gone quietly. By threatening to imprison him, they forced his hand to run for office and become as authoritarian as possible. The worst dictators are the ones who know they’ll be imprisoned or killed if they ever lose power. |
About how to make the pencil is the old Republican Party.
The new one loves taxes as tariff and central planning. |
This. 100%. |
As I always say, public and private schools in this country have at least one thing in common: Churning out exceptionally ignorant people.
One doesn't need to be a history major to know that, some of the first victims of autocratic-leaning regimes are none other than the people who supported and helped propel them to power.Bill Ackman is just an uncultured zionist who was all too giddy at the thought of his 'enemies' feeling the brunt of his attack dog repeated assaults. The reality is getting sobering by the hour for him and his ilk. And I'm loving it every second of it . For context: His hedge fund is down 15% and counting since his guy started his beloved trade wars. |
Not a Trump supporter but this is getting hysterical, isn't it? I mean, billionaires—some of whom made their fortunes by pressuring corporations to outsource—suddenly care about the middle class? Coming from a guy who left Illinois for Florida because taxes. Spare us the concern trolling Kenny boy . |
