Veronica Mars. There was a crowd-funded movie after cancellation, but the show-runner used the opportunity to kill the male lead, with maybe 95% certainty that he's dead and will stay dead. The show-runner (forget his name) said it could just be a detective series with Kristen Bell/Veronica. Love Kristen, but am not sure things would be the same without Logan.

I loved the show where it was an ensemble cast and Casey Wilson was penny… I think it was called happy endings. It was the only show in the last decade that I loved that didn’t make it.

That was a great show. It did have several seasons. They are on either Netflix or Hulu and worth rewatching. Laugh out loud funny.
