I think we should be concerned with agressive cops shooting a gun among families...I am sure that children who wittnessed this are emotionally scarred..This dog looked contained and under the cops control... Who is going to contain and control the cops... People have been treated violently by "law enforcement." The victims usually get little justice unless someone films the incident.. This is such a sad thing..I once felt very safe in the company of men in blue and held them in high regard.
