How do you avoid ozempic face

Look up photos of patients with cachexia. My elderly parents each had cachexia and looked skeletal in their last few months of life. It’s gruesome.

cachexia most certainly isn't ozempic face.

There is no such thing as an Ozempic face. Stop the nonsense. Rapid weight loss causes loose skin and wrinkles. It's happened since the beginning of time.

Why go on a drug for a measly 15llbs? You can do this naturally in 4 months. You will love how the exercise makes you feel and will feel stronger and more disciplined. Ozempic face won’t be a thing bc the weight loss will be gradual!

If you are thin and feel like being super skinny is the goal - you will have Ozempic face. If you stay a healthy weight and didn't start with a very skinny face, you will be fine.
I went from 165 to 133 and I feel like my face looks the same. I'm sure it doesn't but not one person who sees me in my winter clothes seems to really notice I've lost weight although I did it over a year so that could be why too.

At some point, a woman must choose between her ass and her face.

- Coco Chanel.

I, by the way, have chosen my face.
