Starting trizep tomorrow… only need to leave 15 ish pounds…. |
Ozempic face is just the effect of loosing weight in your face. The biggest risk factor is weight loss.
But why are you taking a lifelong drug to lose 15lbs? |
I think it’s more pronounced when you lose weight quickly. Try to take 6-8 weeks to lose your 15 pounds. For some, it happens 2-3 pounds per week, and that give the ozempic face |
How did you get approved for only 15 lbs? |
How do you lose weight slowly? Microdose? |
You cannot. Have a relative who went on it and is super wrinkled and saggy...but THIN. *shrugs* Better to have not gained weight in the first place I guess. |
You lie to a telehealth provider about your weight and/or find one without ethics and pay out of pocket. (And if you do this, you deserve the Ozempic face.) |
You can't prevent it. It is one of the known side effects |
You won't get it for 15 pounds.
It's not a side effect of the drug. It's side effect of rapid weightloss (fat loss). |
Someone fill me in on "Ozempic face", is this something similar to meth-face where people pick and scab up?
Or just talking about a gaunt look from weight-loss? If so, then 15lbs shouldn't matter. |
From what I’ve seen people without a ton to lose don’t lose quickly on Zepbound |
Gaunt, lose skin, more wrinkles. It's a side effect from rapid fat loss. |
It happens whenever someone loses a lot of weight quickly, long before Ozempic. |
15 lbs is barely noticeable. You will notice it, and your clothes will fit better, but I doubt anyone will see you and think you have ozempic face. |
If you only have to lose 15 pounds it is going to be noticeable in your face. If you have to lose 50 and only lose 15 then it may not be noticeable. |
