I used to list my religion as Jedi on forms back when I wasn't involved in any organized religion, so I'm one of those people. It's just a joke.

I think writing Jedi is merely a way of saying that the person believes that "forces for good" and "forces for evil" both exist.

(To me the holocaust at least was an existence proof that Forces for Evil do exist.)
