Visi admissions team was never completely honest with families and she understands that’s their jobs but come on they are just teenage girls. My friend's daughter was more upset of 2 different girls who scored above a 97 on HSPT but asked for financial aid and didn’t get in. But a girl from her school that’s an average student that was full pay got in. Not a school my friends wants her daughter anyways.
Heard the same from DD's friends. One was waitlisted even though she took honors classes in 7th and 8th grade, was involved in varied extracurriculars -but requested FA. The one that got in is full pay, no honors classes and no outstanding extracurriculars.
