Here is what Dems should do:

Every last member should boycott the address. Then stand outside of the Capitol with DOZENS of fired federal workers. Congress people and the fired federal workers taking turns talking with passion to America about the damage the closing of their agency or firings are doing to America. If they can, include foreign leaders against Trump like those from the EU and Canada. Make the news media pay attention to them instead of Trump's address. Invite the press that was kicked out of the WH press pool. Partner with social media influencers to stream this instead of the address. Basically, use the media to drown out Trump's address to Congress as he is giving it.

So he's finally going to come clean and admit:

That the 2020 election was NOT stolen from him and, in fact, he lost bigly.

That his tariffs will be bad for our economy

That all the federal workers he and Musk have been demonizing are actually amazing and talented humans who deserve to keep their jobs but he wants them gone so he can break laws without checks and balances
That he and Musk really just want to take all the government contracts for themselves

I could go on but you get the idea.

I would LOVE to see him tell the truth. If only one of his grandkids would make a wish like in Liar Liar and he'd become incapable of lying. Priceless.
