He didn't notify them of Rhee's candidacy until she'd been hired and after the Washington Post editorial board had been notified. Also, he's such an innocent, he didn't even wait a few weeks to announce after he won the primary that he had flipflopped on taking over the schools. Duh.

Excuse me. In what forum, other than DCUM, has Mayor Fenty been "proven" guilty?? Or is it simply that if you repeat allegations enough times, they become "proven"?

The fact is that certain contracts awarded by Fenty are currently under investigation. Get it? Under investigation. That means a finding is pending.

And while Mr. Steele, our DCUM overlord, apparently wishes to play judge as to which facts should be allowed into evidence, many of those facts are still in question:

In our judicial system, you get the benefit of the doubt. Innocent until proven guilty. Fenty has been proven guilty, Gray has not.

I'm sorry. I didn't know we had a result yet. Actually, we aren't likely to have one in November, given that Fenty is going to be the Republican nominee. So what is it that I'm sore about? Ah yes, you being a pain in my ass.
