Food inspections keep people safe.

If you have a problem with the quality of the food, dismantling the FDA is not going to help that. In fact it will make it worse.

Take a look at the corporations that are manufacturing the ultraprocessed foods sold in this country. That's where the problem lays.

This will only make it easier for them.

hey are doing quick in-and-out trips, terrorizing federal employees and energizing spectators. Are these window-dressing? For Trump and the base? What is the point of any of this?

They are downloading all the available databases, such as employee records, contracts, trainings, etc, and uploading them to Microsoft Azure to be read into an AI model. Then they ask the AI model questions like, “tell me which employees were involved in DEI work,” or, “which departments and contacts have too many workers for the expected projects,” or, “how can I reorganize office locations so workers will need to travel the farthest from home without changing duty stations more than 50 miles.”

No, that's not what they're doing.

They're feeding each department's financial data into AI software to analyze so they can make cuts of things Trump/Elon/Russ Vought don't like.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/nation/2025/02...epartment-education/

They also are running everyone's personnel file through AI. And they've downloaded software on government computers to search employee chats for certain keywords.

You left the word LIKELY out of that quote. DO you know what that means? It doesn't mean THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

You guys are something else.

And the anonymous sources quoted said they "think" blah blah blah. Everyone is just making up the most outlandish scenarios they can think of. Shame on anyone posting this crap without hard evidence.

You mean the garbage that benefits large corporations and corn farmers protected by Republicans? Whenever there have been attempts to make our food healthy, Republicans have been the ones to protest. Do you not know that Ronald Regan claimed that ketchup counted as a vegetable in kids' school lunches? Do you have complete amnesia about the Republicans who vilified Michelle Obama when she tried to have school lunches include real fruits and vegetables? You stupid Republicans all cried foul and demanded the choice to serve the least healthy options for kids because you cared more about corporate profits and the "freedom" to choose your unhealthy foods than about health.

You realize that the European countries with healthier populations have a lot more food inspection and rules that are being enforced?

Last week I googled knee stability exercises, and google’s AI told me to do biceps curls. A few days later, I had a doctor’s appointment where he happened to mention that a colleague asked an AI program to draw an anatomical model for a presentation, and it put the kidneys up near the shoulders and the lungs down below the waist.

At this point in AI development, I’m sure using it to make high-stakes decisions for people’s livelihoods and government programs couldn’t *possibly* go wrong.

There are multiple DOGE cells being assembled at DoD similar to other agencies.

PP. DoD has the powerful lobbyists and will be a good barometer of musk’s aims. Musk’s federal handouts don’t come from USAID and USAID was investigating him. Musk has a different relationship with DoD and will be interesting to see the results of his “audit.”

I heard Elon and his team detected and stopped $ 235 billion in fraudulent payments at Treasury in one weekend that Treasury was aware of but regarded to cumbersome to audit and eliminate for years - they just kept the payments going . Think about that . That is our money . $235 billion is enough for free college education/ tech job training for every American.

We all know their is tons of contract fraud at DoD-

We should be cheering for Elon and his team. Maybe some Fed employees should get smart and approach him as whistleblowers and see if they can negotiate a reward for ID'ing fraud in their department

AI can be amazing, but it depends on the model. It seems like some employees were identified by AI as working in DEI because they took a training years ago that was a DEI initiative. The training satisfied a requirement for work. AI makes mistakes. AI also can be tricked to release information. The AI model now has ingested personal information. It might respond to give you a person's social security number or history of psychiatric care if that was in the personnel file. What security is employed with the AI model? Will it forever retain this information ?

Stop lying, we know what you're doing. It has nothing to do with "modernizing" IT.

I think y'all believed that government employees were stupid and that you'd be able to get away with this. You were wrong.

EU laws simply don’t allow the poisons that US government allows.

I heard that Elon and his team went to NIH and in just one afternoon, with their AI were able to find the cure for colon cancer, scientists there had been trying of years and just could not get it but Elon and his group of young geniuses did it in just one afternoon.

Then i heard that Elon and his team went to NOAA and guess what?? In just three hours found a way to exact path of a hurricane all 3 months in advance. Lazy remote working scientists had been trying for years but no luck

And so on and on.

You heard that because that’s what musk said. But musk is a pathological liar.
