Identical twins? I am the parent who also had TTTS and this hasn’t been my experience at all. The smaller one is still smaller in their early 20s. Other fraternal kids didn’t track as much but I wouldn’t expect identical twins to flip flop in size. Purely anecdotal of course from my twins group. |

Therapy or guidance for you and DH might be a good idea, partly because as they grow this will likely reverse if the issues remain. What I mean is when the average-sized twin starts to mature and the smaller twin is still child-like, male attention will create a rift. So the strategies you need to learn are probably going to flip flop.
