I'm no longer coddling them. I've been replying, "well, it's what was voted for, so not sure why you're surprised? This was always going to happen." But egg prices, you know.

You are better than me.....I cut out out my Trump friends. I just can't.

That’s one big way he made my life better

np Trust us, our lives are better without you too!

a weird sickness with these trumpers

This is the real tds

yep. Sure, let's give all kinds of confidential access to someone not elected or even from this country. That seems smart.

They’re not actually paying attention to what’s happening and what it means for our country. Until something smacks them in the face, they think it’s all great.

I don't have any Trump friends but a few I work with that make it necessary we're connected on socials.
They're all uneducated fools heavily influenced by their church and Fox News. Also, there's always a bit of the
"we're better than you are" that's implied in their posts. How very.... Christian.

Very happy to see the border being enforced and dei policies out of the federal government. Huge supporter of girls only sports and spaces as well.

Shutting down USAID and revealing (just the tip of the iceberg so far) the degree of US funding dubious and corrupt activities overseas.

Much greater transparency (already) of how the bureaucracy operates.

A president who actually talks to the public and opens himself up to endless press conferences and interviews and is utterly transparent in what he is doing rather than a puppet figure with a shadow government behind him that the Democrats pretended was sharp as nails. Did Biden really know everything done in his name? Come on, man!

There isn't a stronger border already.
There haven't been any funding abuses or corrupt activities uncovered.
There is ZERO transparency to what Musk is doing and what he is doing is incredibly illegal.

When Trump speaks to the media, it is highly choreographed and most of his words make no sense.

You are making OP's point. Koolaid is clearly your friend.

They are paying attention, they just don’t agree with you. Your unwillingness to listen to these everyday concerns like safety (!) is what cost your party the election. Your response is to insist they don’t “pay attention”, don’t “understand”. No, they just don’t agree with you.

What are the specific DEI policies that you were opposed to?
What is it about diversity in a diverse country of 330 million people are you uncomfortable with? What is wrong with inclusion and making sure everyone has a fair shot?

I don't feel safer with 1500 racist proud boys with anger issues being freed to take retribution on whoever they want.

We can all see the enforcement and deportations in action, it’s all over the news (even liberal sites!). We can read about the additional troops being sent to both borders. This isn’t a difficult concept to grasp - the border laws are finally being enforced again.

Maybe read the actual news and feel better? There weren’t 1500 proud boys.

Give me a break acting like dei and diversity are the same thing.

Do keep pushing dei and continuing to lose mainstream voters though. It lost you the presidency, senate and house.

.

Not trying to be argumentative, but the OP asked how Trump has made your life better. It sounds like you feel good about his policies, but how does feeling good translate into a better quality of life?

Here is one example, medical school faculty being promoted based off dei factors rather than clinical skills. Universities receiving federal funds should not be discriminating.
