MSLN is the only league that undoubtedly will remain BY. Perhaps GA follows them given their loose affiliation and GA’s need to do something to stay relevant, with something here being giving Q1 and Q2 NL players an option to maintain their RAE advantage.

You're missing the big picture and tea leaves that seems to be seeping out ... They really want to transform things into a new system and it sounds like they are working together ... Elements of GA and ECNL (the clubs that don't play HS) will form a new super league for girls that's BY and that has YNT and pro pathways (GA/ECNL maybe even a few clubs from USYS together). ... All other "national" leagues, will streamline and by SY. Marketing from all clubs will go into overdrive to convince parents whatever their league is still "elite".

The official offerings will have to wait until Feb, BUT it sounds like we're finally getting some good hints.
