Burgers with caramelized onions and Camembert

Last night we had boeuf bourguignon, which I cooked on Saturday and finished on Sunday (sauteing the pearl onions and mushrooms to add to it). We ate it with salad and a baguette. Used the New York Times recipe which is outstanding.
Going lowbrow tonight with a chicken and wild rice casserole. |
boxed mac and cheese like kraft tastes terrible these days they changed it a little while back, I'm shocked they're still able to sell any of it anymore. |

I treated myself to a cheese sandwich. Tonight crispy skin salmon on sushi rice with peas and white miss. |
