What's on your snow day menu?

Last night we had boeuf bourguignon, which I cooked on Saturday and finished on Sunday (sauteing the pearl onions and mushrooms to add to it). We ate it with salad and a baguette. Used the New York Times recipe which is outstanding.

Going lowbrow tonight with a chicken and wild rice casserole.

DH is off to the airport for work travel, and I'm probably going to make some cookies with some blueberry syrup that I was attracted to at Fresh Market yesterday.

My dinner for one will probably be the cream of vegetable soup I made last night.



boxed mac and cheese like kraft tastes terrible these days they changed it a little while back, I'm shocked they're still able to sell any of it anymore.

I treated myself to a cheese sandwich.
Tonight crispy skin salmon on sushi rice with peas and white miss.
