I can’t tell if my 15 yo is trying to talk the way I talk or simply making fun of me.

How does anyone think this either cool or unique?

So she was using a mocking voice and her friends were laughing and you can't figure out if she was making fun of you or not? This seems pretty obvious

I use a lot of sayings like “let’s blow this popsicle stand” and “you’re barking up the wrong tree”. I understand that even though these sayings are clever and fun, they’re not really popular with kids these days. That’s why I was so surprised when DD (15 y/o) began to use these kind of phrases. At first it was just in casual family conversation and I felt so honored, like she was paying tribute to me. But then I heard her using it with her friends, and when she did that, she was doing a silly voice and they were laughing. So what do you folks think is going on? Should I feel honored … or hurt?

Gag me (early 80s Valley Girl speak, I'm sure they thought they were unique and cool too).
Jeepers creepers. Your kid doesn't like your jive. (70s)
You're a gas mom. (60s)
Perhaps you are ever so not unique and cool? (50s)
Kid, if you poke fun at my speech, it's curtains for you sweet cheeks! (40s)

Once anyone uses the word "kind" in a demand it loses all meaning.

OP sounds so obnoxious

I use both those phrases regularly OP. I don’t think it’s because I’m unique or cool. It’s just what I heard growing up. Which I assume puts me in a specific age range and possibly would tell some expert where I grew up.

PP here. Also, while I still use those phrases, I use them with more irony or as a joke now. Maybe that’s the difference with your daughter.

It's clichés. I think OP is pulling your leg.

"You're barking up the wrong tree" seems like a pretty common expression (for an adult, not a teen). I wouldn't read into any of this much.
