If you read the full text of Exhibit C: "Designated Tryout Dates" in the 2024-2025 ECNL Competition Rules document (
https://docs.google.com/document/d/19i_HAUsN75dvDyLkg76QK9mQYbZ_MIbj/edit), it specifically defines alternate DTD dates for several states/regions/conferences/leagues. There's no specific mention of MD clubs in the MA Conference. Only VA and NC. Also, there's no general reference to DMV or anything of that sort so I think it's not unreasonable to assume that the defacto date of May 1 applies to Bethesda.
