Turned a bedroom into a bathroom so it was very extensive but I didn't really include too much of that overhead into the cost above.

Large slab tile, custom quartz top, 2 person tub, 5x5 glass shower

I think you could do it for $60k maybe a bit less depending on how much you spend on design.
