I've met nice guys at the gym. If you're not supposed to date your coworkers and guys at the bar are drunks and you're not a church goer, options are limited.

You should definitely NOT message her and ask her what happened. What does it matter? You haven’t even been on a date. It would be creepy. Her actions tell you all you need to know.

Just go back to being polite and cordial (or ignore entirely if you want) There’s no way to know what’s going on with her but again, her actions tell you she’s not for you. Case closed.
