Dressing, sweet potatoes with pecan streusel topping, cranberry sauce.

I love mashed potatoes and roasted brussel sprouts and don't consider Thanksgiving dinner complete without them, but I also make those things fairly regularly for normal dinners. If I have to choose only 3, I'm choosing the 3 that I only eat at Thanksgiving.
