If you could only have 3 Thanksgiving sides, what would they be?

I'm not hosting this year - this is purely hypothetical. I'm just curious what others consider to be essential. For the purposes of this thread, Turkey/gravy, dinner rolls, desserts and appetizers don't count (assume those will be there.)

For me it would be: stuffing, green beans, candied yams.

Stuffing, steamed green beans w/ almonds and mash.
