2 pans (deep dish) and a charcuterie/deli board with rolls. That way those coming late can get a bite after the main cleanup is over.

Two is probably plenty, especially if you also have bread, but I would probably make 3 because I’m an over-cooker and it will freeze well. Two normal, one veggie.

Do two pans, because leftover lasagne is awesome the next day.
