Most people just don't reply to questions they consider crazy or lame. There are people in catering or who do bigger dinners regularly that have insight to share. |

I read this and think you are panning to kill everyone before Thanksgiving!  Good plan means lots of leftover on Thanksgiving!
A standard 9x13 inch pan of lasagna typically serves around 8 adults, depending on appetites and serving size. Salads do not really fill people up but the bread will. Make sure you cut and service otherwise you might run out or add a 1/2 pan. |

You and the 3 spear asparagus poster would get along well. There is NO WAY that one 9x13 lasagna and one small loaf of bread with some salad will feed 15 people.
