Lasagna fur 15

2 pans? Guests range in age from 20-80. No children. It will be the focus of the meal with salad and bread.

Is there no way you can do the math yourself? This should be much much easier for you since you know the people. We are just going going to spam you like we do with all the crazy lame questions.

Most people just don't reply to questions they consider crazy or lame. There are people in catering or who do bigger dinners regularly that have insight to share.

Yes make two pans.

I read this and think you are panning to kill everyone before Thanksgiving! Good plan means lots of leftover on Thanksgiving!

A standard 9x13 inch pan of lasagna typically serves around 8 adults, depending on appetites and serving size. Salads do not really fill people up but the bread will. Make sure you cut and service otherwise you might run out or add a 1/2 pan.

Fur in lasagna? I think you might need to find a better recipe.

Do people think commenting on a typo for the 3rd time gets more amusing? People are typing on phones. Things happen.

For 20 adults, two pans seem tight unless you have many elderly who might eat half a serving.

I’m impressed you’re even doing that the night before Thanksgiving.

If you want leftovers, do two pans. If not do one regular 9 x 13“ and do one small bread loaf size pan.

I’d do 2 just to have one meat & one veggie.

You and the 3 spear asparagus poster would get along well.

There is NO WAY that one 9x13 lasagna and one small loaf of bread with some salad will feed 15 people.

I don’t normally cook for a crowd, but here are some links I found that might be helpful:
