If you have the chase sapphire (and possibly other chase cards) you get the dashpass for free so delivery is free. just need to tip.
pro tip - costco sells doordash giftcards for 20% off. Order away! |
| Also, no guilt needed, sometimes your time is more valuable than the bit of extra it costs to order food and tip a delivery driver. |
| My kids are constantly asking to DoorDash fast food and I always tell them no. Mostly because it's stupid to spend so much extra money to have a relatively cheap thing brought to you, given all the fees. But I will admit that maybe once or twice a year, if I'm feeling under the weather, I will order the Udon noodle soup from Teaism. |
| You can order from high end places on Doordash too - Sushiko, etc. Plus groceries and liquor stores, Sephora, CVS - great when you're sick. |

Isn't the food cold and steamed soggy by the time it arrives so you have to heat it back up?
I always have tortillas, black beans, and cheese in the house. So much easier, hotter, and good. |
Same. Also never used Lyft or Uber. |
For paying double the amount necessary? Just guessing. |
