What I've seen, where parents are at their kids' team trainings, if there's a new kid who shows up for practice, parents are texting everyone to find out about the new kid. So assume when you go to a new team's training, your whole league knows. Nothing to hide here. Just know this becomes public info before your kid finishes the training session.
