Observations from mingling with the DC area elite

Yes, rich people everywhere are better looking, even DC. There are academic studies on this. They are fitted and take care of themselves better for sure. This is very true. Just go there with someone- you will be introduced. People won't cluster and pointedly ignore you like basic women think that rich women behave. They do have manners to make you feel comfortable.

I assume it's mostly white, despite DC's demographics, because it costs a bomb to join and clearly there are far more white people in the socioeconomic bracket that can afford this. You say it self-selects by race but the reality is it self-selects by wealth. Why don't you find out how many non-white people can afford a $80,000+ joining fee and then figure out whether the racial admissions are skewed?

Why doesn't CCC then open up its doors to anyone who can afford it and see how it shakes out? I'd bet you the numbers of Black and Asian members would shoot up.
