Don’t act like it’s crazy to be suspicious. If an all-white panel declares that racism was no factor in a crime, do you feel confident in the accuracy of the judgment? Left and right, non-Jews are confidently telling us what is and what isn’t antisemitism, or flat out declaring that antisemitism doesn’t exist.

I don’t know anything about this particular incident and can’t speak to it. But the massive gaslighting of a tiny minority by the majority population about what prejudice against us looks like means that skepticism is warranted.

They said they started investigating and have not yet found evidence. I agree it's poorly worded, because the date alone is evidence, but obviously they would need more evidence. It doesn't sound like they have found the person who did it yet, which means that they aren't at the point of deciding what to charge them with anyway.

Unambiguous? I'm a white person who grew up in West Virginia in the 70s and our house was constantly egged. Yes, Robert KKK Byrd country. One night I awoke to my mom screaming and saw dad trying to put out a burning cross on our yard. We are not jewish.
