McCormick’s lead is actually 40,733 now.

And there are ~100,000 votes left to count.

So? Are you implying that he owns the seat and should never be challenged?

You Dems messed that up. Remember when Obama said 'The children of Newtown deserve a vote!' ?
They didn't get a vote because Harry Reid wanted to protect some Senators who had been endorsed by the NRA.
Hogan would have kept the Republicans in check just by being there. McConnell gave his race a lot more money than Kari Lake's.

Right. I am sure he would've voted for common sense gun regulations. GTFO.

Great analysis! You should work for MSNBC.

Pray tell, what else has this guy ever done?

That’s pretty much a lock that Casey will pull it out at the end. Mail in and provisional ballots always break super heavy for Dems, like 10:1 in favor of Dems. If he’s only down by 41k, with 100k to go, he’s going to get another 90K votes. That’s a lock.

He’s a reliable D vote. That’s all he needs to be.

This is a big-picture thing. Stop focusing on local pork.

Hogan said he would vote for an assault weapon ban. Obviously Alsobrooks will too. If you look at the number of votes the libertarian got, those were all people voting against Hogan because of guns. They knew Alsobrooks was going to win anyway, so they voted for third party against Hogan as an F-you for his supporting gun control.

That’s who these people are - they’ll vote against their own candidate just to say F-you. No loyalty at all. None.

This is perhaps the most delusional thing I've read all day.

The Associated Press and others have called the hotly contested Pennsylvania Senate race for GOP candidate David McCormick, since the outstanding votes give no hope for Sen. Bob Casey to close the gap — but Casey won’t concede as Democratic operatives try to overturn the will of the voters.

Casey is even fundraising off his hopeless efforts to stay in power.

Dem superlawyer Marc Elias has entered the fray.

Elias — the man behind cooking up the utterly bogus Steele dossier, and thus the whole two years of toxic Russiagate nonsense — is angling to force Pennsylvania into a recount.

McCormick has a big enough margin of victory to keep an automatic recount from being triggered (which happens in the Keystone State when the margin falls below .5%).

Casey has no real mathematical path to a fair victory — hence the involvement of Elias, whose specialties include finding lefty judges to invalidate GOP votes or validate new and sketchy Democratic ones.

Schumer has signaled he’s on board with Elias’ attempt to steal a Senate seat for the Dems by refusing to invite McCormick to the orientation this week for legislators.

R-D is 35K votes.

175K 33rd party votes

Fittingly, "John Thomas" screwed the PA election.

Dave McCormick Rep. 3,373K 48.97%
Bob Casey*. Dem. 3,338K 48.46%
John Thomas. Libertarian 88K 1.29%
Leila Hazou Green. 65K 0.94%
Marty Selker Constitution 23K 0.34%

Only 32K provisional ballots in Philadelphia and Allegheny. 70K other provisional, military, and overseas. not regular "main in".

And 10:1 is an exaggeration.
