The first and now second generation Indians are making a big impact in US journalism, media, government and shifting toward politics. Between these Indians and their Hispanic counterparts, I think this country has a much better future than if we left it to the whites and blacks.

Her father is of Jamaican and British heritage and is a descendant of both slaves and a slave owner. American are not yet ready for an African American whose ancestors came to the country as slaves.
