NYC little Italy restaurant

Sorry you didn't get the answers you wanted. I guess we should have a board specifically for those seeking confirmation bias.

They were looking for restaurant recommendations, not confirmation. The OP doesn't have a declaration that Little Italy is the best place to eat. It's asking for the best places to eat there.

Honest, sincerely delivered answers from informed locals of "you should not do that, we can help you do better" makes you a condescending a-hole, I guess.

It's pretty much the textbook definition of condescending. A-hole is obviously a matter of opinion. The first couple of responses are nice enough, but there's some nuts who continued to argue after the OP explained she was just looking in that specific area and not looking for the best restaurant in New York.

Can you just answer? -np

I mean, not really. I don't know anyone who goes to Little Italy to eat. Except hapless tourists.

We have to go for something related to a school project for my kid. She's making a video for a project and was assigned Little Italy. Thought I would ask for ideas since so many here are familiar. Get over yourself. Are you the gate lice poster?

Which one, dear? Quite a few people posted on that thread. And you don't have to eat in Little Italy just because you're doing a project there.

Actually, it is a requirement of her project, but since you think you know it all – why don’t you tell me which finger I have holding up?

It's impossible to tell, because it's up your a$$.

Question for the locals - not a restaurant, but I love going to Di Palo's and buying cheese, etc. when I am in nearby. If not there, where should I go?

"Little Italy" has shrunk down to like two blocks of Mulberry. It's not really even a thing anymore. There are far better restaurants a short walk away. But fine, you want the best Italian overlooking times square too? It's Olive Garden.

Yeah, no, I disagree with that 100%. It's entirely the opposite.

Well at least OP won't see you there...
