LOL I'm not sure. It's rarely true. You can't fight gravity. Even if you take care of yourself and don't have wrinkles, your face shape still changes. You can look good for your age, but not ten years younger!

Until two years ago my mother definitely looked ten years younger and it really helped that she had the energy and persona of a much younger person. But, she’s now 72 and I see aging catch up to her.
