OK, I'll play this game. How many MS13 members are you comfortable attending our schools? Discrete number or percentage is fine. |
I didn’t say the majority of people in our area are MS13 members. But MS13 is a big part of the gang problem around here. |
Yeah. They should take a slow leisurely stroll through Chirilagua at midnight. |
Nope, not playing that game with you. There is not a “prevalence” of MS13 in the area which was the comment I was responding to. Take your antics somewhere else, I’m not going down the whatabout rabbit hole with you. |
Google search “ms-13 northern virginia” and then convince me there isn’t a ms-13 problem. |
Parents at this high school need to be making noise. Involve the attorney general. |
DP. I would like all of them to attend school and look for other paths. |
Where were you reading that? ![]() |
+1 |
ONCE MORE, I didn’t say the majority of people in our area are MS13 members. But MS13 is a big part of the gang problem around here. “Prevalence” referred to the high likelihood that an ACTIVE GANG MEMBER is associated with MS-13. |
OMG!!!! THERE IS A HIGH LIKELIHOOD!!! |
No doubt this student needs to attend high school so that he can have full access to all resources; health, counseling, academic supports to name just a few. This way, he can stay on track to better navigate the dreaded junior year and the college application process.
I hope he gets a seasoned guidance counselor who can assist with the many looming deadlines and truly understands the unique needs of this student. |
High school serves all teens, not just those who apply to college. Having a HS degree is a requirement for many jobs. Despite what the Republicans think, we are all better off when ALL kids are educated. |
Amen to both of the above |
