OP - You need to do that actual commute, at drop off and pick up times, for a week and see if it is worth it. Even if there is a bus, your kid will be doing that commute.

This. We loved Flint Hill, but Bullis strikes me as very similar (although we don’t have personal experience because commute was a major factor for us) and much more conveniently located for you.

I would choose Bullis over FH.
