I think the bottom of the list looks questionable.

I thought that the University of Rochester was really a near Ivy in a battered but interesting city. How could it really have one of the worst campus experiences in the whole country?


Ever spent the winter in Rochester? I have. Basically Norilsk.


Well Hobart in top 10 and basically suburb of Rochester.
