NCSL-Rec Schedules: Why the delay in posting?

How could an all volunteer org like SFL with old fashioned software doing everything via Excel and people with full time jobs do so much better than "professionals" at NCSL?
Answer: they actually cared about the rec players. |

their own schedule on their site still says schedules will be posted with a deadline of today. wouldn't they edit that if they were going to be posted even later? |
