I don't know either way, but this one is suggestive. Could just be the angle of his upper eyelashes, but those lower eyelashes.... If he does wear eyeliner, it's not all the time and certainly he wouldn't wear eyeliner in his Marines headshot.

PS, I'm fine with men who wear makeup. What I'm not fine with is hypocrites who want to ban other men from wearing makeup.

Okay this was discussed in the Usha Vance thread, but people who go on TV wear makeup. Even Don Jr talked about it. JD is on TV is probably wearing face makeup. I don’t think eyeliner is a big step at that point.

I read somewhere that he had eyeliner tattooed on. I have this and I love it because it means I can’t sweat my makeup off at the gym. I also have my eyebrows tattooed on and I suspect he might have that. I used a Groupon. Maybe he did too!

My ex had really dark lashes and fair skin and man it looked like he was wearing eyeliner. Alas he was not. I bet JD isn’t either.

DH has been on TV a lot and yes, they put you in makeup but it’s stuff like foundation and powder, so your skin looks even and doesn’t shine. Not eyeliner. Maybe JD specifically requests it for his on screen looks.
