I disagree. It was a well officiated game with tons of flopping from Brazil and not a little bit of it from Uruguay, especially for the first 30 minutes. |

As a referee who watches matches and tries to learn from these high level referees, this game was a mess. I couldn't imagine not calling some of these fouls...or if the ref is thinking the players are faking, then card them. It was a real mess towards the end. Bodies laying all over the place. The ref not wanting to stop play or call for the stretcher. Geez it was a mess. |
