Maternity Leave benefits

I get the FMLA, 6 or 8 weeks paid STD, but the odd benefit I can take is 2 weeks paid at 100% BEFORE my due date. However, the 2 weeks count as part of the 12 weeks of FMLA. Basically, it's a gamble- do you want more money or more time w baby?

3 months paid maternity leave plus any unused annual leave (if desired).
