Nice. Unfortunately my 15y and 16y have both flunked that last course and need to take a credit recovery class.

Mine is taking this as well! I had hoped she’d drop it but she seems to have dug in.

Mine is still struggling with the 101 level class - the illusion of magical thinking (aka as if you want to buy a computer perhaps get a job?)

Highs and lows so far this summer... on one hand my daughter is killing it at Nonverbal Condescension. Her eyeroll and sneer are D1-worthy! She was on a travel team all through high school and has always been naturally talented so it's not really a surprise.

OTOH she is heading to college this fall and there are a few tiny gaps in her education. Anyone know of a local univ. (or culinary program?) offering 1) Frying Pan Theory and Cleanup or 2) Basic Sink Operations: Empty Peanut Butter Jar Treatment? Prefer in-person vs. online/Coursera/digital certification.

Ear splitting everlasting culinary arts

Yes, baking with noise canceling headphones on means you can't hear the noise. However everyone else including the neighbors 2 streets over can hear everything you slam around. And why does it take 45 minutes to mix ingredients for cookie bars??
