Revenge with an email

I have an email address for someone whose dog bit my son in the leg on Saturday. They said they’d sue me if I reported it, but of course I had to report it! My son is only 5 and the dog was off leash (I’m in Fairfax city).

I’d like to do some revenge with this person’s email. Maybe sign them up for porn sites? Any suggestions?

Thanks.

Do not do something do foolish. Here is my curse for people who do bad things. "May you receive all the things that you so richly deserve and may they come soon and in spades.". If you have a photo of them then you can stick pins in it while repeating the curse.

My 11 yo son was bit in the face by a neighbors dog and I have gone through identical revenge fantasies.

No, you need to wait a month or so and then sign the email up for a bunch of spam/junk mail. Enter every online contest you can find with it.

I have a common/joke email and so we get signed up for a lot of spam and it's people signing up for shopping sites/political stuff/job applications and websites (weird because it's our email so they couldn't respond even if they got a job offer)/sex and dating sites. None of it affects our lives so it doesn't really get anyone back.

If you know their physical address I think that would be better to utilize.

PS it you went to a hospital for it- they ask the owner info/rabies status so this isn't on you.

I've definitely felt a desire for revenge before. Someone told me "Revenge is a dish best served cold"-and it's true.
If you seek revenge right now, they will know it was you.

Wait.

And then wait a little longer.
And in the meantime, don't be surprised if things work out that you don't even need to do anything at all.

Wait a year and then sign them up for every spam newsletter you can think of. But you have to play the long game and wait so that they don't know it was you. I did this with a recruiter who refused to reschedule a job interview that I cancelled when I was very sick.

Don’t use the email for anything inappropriate. You sound nuts.

Correct.

Their case will be thrown out, unless OP does something stupid like use their email for revenge and actually give them something they can sue over.

Have they actually sued you yet?

+1

I could not agree more.

Let karma do its job and please…..leave well enough alone!

You never know what this other person is truly capable of so best to err on the side of caution in situations like this one.

Good luck! 👍🏽

I mean you reported them . . . not sure why they wouldn't just unsubscribe??? Agree you need to assess why you feel the need for further "revenge"

Is your kid going to have to get rabies vaccine if they cannot confirm the dog's vaccination status? Police or animal welfare or both should be using the email and other means to find the dog.
