If your son was actually hurt then you should have reported it on Saturday. I’m surprised the ER or urgent care didn’t tell you this.

Make a disposable email and email the person to confirm the dog's last rabies vaccine, and get appropriate medical care for your kid. Take out a restraining order against this person if they harass and/or threaten you. Don't do petty, juvenile, dumbstuff that damages your own integrity/credibility. Don't do yourself dirty just because someone else did you dirty, OP. That's just stupid. Be better.

Did your son require medical care? As an MD we are required to report all animal bites to animal control, no matter how big or small. Granted this is in FX county, but DC is not dissimilar. The county follows up and confirms rabies vaccination. If there's any concern the animal is quarantined. These agencies exist for a reason, don't be bullied by someone pressuring you not to act.

Yeah, so true. Friend dated a guy who believed he was being screwed over by his landlord (owner occupied group house in grad school), so he rolled eggs into the HVAC system so they would rot but the landlord would not easily know the source. Do not do something do foolish. Here is my curse for people who do bad things. "May you receive all the things that you so richly deserve and may they come soon and in spades.". If you have a photo of them then you can stick pins in it while repeating the curse.
