Whatever it is you are doing to “work out” must not be very intense or useful because this type of nutrition is barely enough to stay alive. I can’t imagine your cardiovascular health is very strong with this sort of regimen because you would be incapable of any sort of sustained cardio exercise with this kind of fueling.


Seriously. All of that starving herself to be skinny fat which everyone knows is unattractive.
